General Rental Center of Old Town, ME was an independent family owned and operated business started by my parents in my hometown. I worked part time in high school, and then I managed most of the 90s, left to work in manufacturing (Old Town Canoe) for 12 years, returned to manage in 2011, took full ownership in 2020. Discontinued the event rental business in 2020 and went all in on equipment, rebranded to Mainely Equipment in 2024.
